ArelKAM, the Career Planning, Implementation and Research Center, is a university center that provides professional development support to the students and graduates of Istanbul Arel University. From the moment students enter the university, ArelKAM aims to contribute to their personal and professional development through seminars, certificate programs, and career counseling services. The Center also works closely with the public and private sectors in a wide range of areas to prepare students for professional life and help graduates find suitable employment opportunities.

Istanbul Arel University aims to become one of the most effective career centers in Türkiye by reaching all of its students, developing the most appropriate career plan for each individual, and equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to pursue professional opportunities in an international environment.
Mission
As a comprehensive career center committed to education and continuous development, ArelKAM’s mission is to support students and graduates in strengthening their academic knowledge while contributing to the development of their personal skills, knowledge, and abilities.
Objectives
- To work closely with all students and graduates throughout their career development journey, which is a continuous, lifelong process involving personal, professional, and academic decision-making.
- To create a supportive, safe, responsive, and respectful environment where all students and graduates are encouraged to explore career options based on their individual abilities, interests, and values.
- To ensure that all services provided are relevant, effective, and responsive to the needs of students and graduates.
- To conduct research aimed at providing the human resources, technology, and information resources necessary to support career exploration in an ever-changing environment.
- To provide students with internship opportunities in organizations related to their fields of study and support them throughout the job search and employment process.
